1. About this policy
This policy explains how Thirty HR uses cookies and similar browser storage on this website, including when you browse our HR services, insights and client stories or contact us. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
2. What cookies and browser storage do
Cookies are small pieces of information saved by your browser and sent back to the website that set them. Local storage saves information in your browser without automatically sending it with every request. Both can help a website remember choices. A service can also receive information when your browser downloads its content, even if it does not set a cookie.
3. Necessary cookies and storage
The following first-party cookies and storage support this website's security and remember your privacy choices. They are always active and cannot be switched off in the consent panel.
thirty-hr-session — session cookie. Maintains your session so the website can handle requests and forms consistently. Its current expiry is two hours and is renewed as you use the website.
XSRF-TOKEN — security cookie. Helps protect forms and other requests against cross-site request forgery. Its current expiry is two hours and is renewed as you use the website.
reach-consent — local storage. Remembers which optional categories you accepted or rejected, when you made your choice and the consent version. We honour that choice for up to 180 days, unless the consent setup changes or you clear your browser storage. The stored record may remain in your browser after expiry until it is replaced or deleted; an expired choice is not treated as permission.
If your browser prevents local storage, your consent choice is kept only for the current visit. Blocking necessary cookies through your browser may prevent forms or other features from working correctly.
4. External content and preferences
These optional features wait until you allow External content & preferences in the consent panel.
Google Maps and Google reviews. We use Google's Maps and Places services to display locations, ratings and reviews. Loading them connects your browser to Google, which receives information needed to provide the service, including your IP address and browser request information. Google may access or set its own cookies or similar technologies depending on the feature, your browser settings and your Google account or consent choices. Cookie names and lifetimes can vary; they are not all set for every visitor. See Google's cookie information and Google's Privacy Policy for its purposes, durations and controls.
Adobe Fonts. We use Adobe-hosted fonts for the website's typography. Allowing this category lets your browser request font files from Adobe. Adobe states that its font-serving service does not set or use cookies to deliver fonts, but it receives information needed to serve them. See the Adobe Fonts privacy information. If you decline, the website uses a local fallback font.
5. Statistics and marketing
No analytics or advertising tracking services are currently configured on this website. The consent panel includes Statistics and Marketing categories, but selecting them does not by itself install Google Analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tags. We will update this policy and request a new choice if the consent setup changes to include additional optional services.
6. Links to other websites
Our LinkedIn and Trustpilot links, and links to Google for reviews or directions, take you to other websites. The Trustpilot rating artwork displayed here is served by this website. Following an external link is separate from accepting optional services here: the destination website has its own privacy information and cookie controls.
7. Choosing and changing your preferences
You can select Accept all, Reject optional, or open Preferences to choose individual optional categories and then select Save preferences. Rejecting optional services does not prevent you from reading our content or contacting us, although optional maps, live reviews and hosted fonts may be unavailable.
To change your choice at any time, use Manage consent at the bottom-right of the screen. On a desktop, hover over the tab to reveal it; it is also available using a keyboard or touch. You can then change individual categories or reject optional services.
When you withdraw permission for a previously enabled category, the page reloads to stop its optional code. The website can remove accessible first-party cookies and browser storage that have been registered for that service. It cannot remove cookies held on Google's or another provider's domain, and withdrawal does not undo information already sent. Use your browser's cookie controls and the provider's privacy settings to manage that information.
8. Browser controls and updates
Your browser settings let you inspect, delete or block cookies and clear site storage. Deleting this website's consent record means you will be asked to choose again. Preferences apply to the browser and device where you make them, so you may need to repeat your choices on another device.
We may update this policy when the website or its services change. The date at the top shows the latest update. For general information, visit the Information Commissioner's Office guide to cookies.
